I haven't received my flosser yet.
Twice last week the courier posted an attempted delivery notice in my building lobby, but the parcel was not delivered to my door.The Courier did not have my phone number & the tracker # you gave me didn't work so I was not aware they were trying to deliver it until this past Saturday.
I remain hopeful it will get to me this week. Cheers - Jim M.
I have used this Hygiene Dr. water flosser for a couple of months now. At first the battery charge held up for a couple of uses. But now its battery does not last through one cleaning any longer. The charger should put out 5 VDC, but it only puts out 2.4 VDC.
I will admit it took me a second to figure out how to use it. So it’s definitely great to start out in the shower but it does an amazing job of flossing, especially if you have a fixed retainer, braces, or just hate regular flossing in general which many of my patients do. I would recommend also starting on the lowest setting.
