Our goal at Hygiene Dr. is to make oral hygiene easy and accessible for everyone. As dentists who have had the opportunity to volunteer through dental mission trips in developing countries, it became apparent that some people lack access to the dentist. Local patients would tell stories of their travels, walking countless miles by foot, to wait in hour long lines, with the hopes of securing an appointment with the volunteer dentist that week!

Accessibility to basic oral hygiene supplies is also non-existent in many of these regions, and should be considered a global crisis!

This is why at Hygiene Dr. we have taken the initiative to donate a pair of toothbrushes for every product sold.

While many people understand the benefits of brushing their teeth, a commonality is the neglect of flossing between teeth, which is just as important! These areas represent 40% of the tooth surface!

At Hygiene Dr. we intend to help eliminate that barrier with our wireless custom hygiene flosser, offering a 20 second simple & convenient alternative to traditional flossing (traditional flossing still recommended whenever possible).

Our ultimate goal at Hygiene Dr. is to provide innovative technology and high quality dental products to our customers that we would recommend as dentists.

By working in the dental profession we are aware of the nuisance of flossing, as routine flossing is often neglected when compared to brushing. In conjunction with brushing, flossing helps removes plaque that can lead to cavities or gum disease. Especially areas where a toothbrush can't reach.

Items are shipped from our warehouse within one to three days of receiving an order. From that point it takes 5-7 days for items to arrive. 

As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your orders at all times. 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you aren’t satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days. The product must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The buyer must pay all return shipping costs and register their return package with a tracking number. You’ll be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus actual shipping costs. Shipping will not be refunded.

Return packages must include:

• Receipt of purchase
• Original packaging
• Tracking

Your refund will be processed once we have received the product in our warehouse.
